DUTIES:
This job will have a component of serving shifts on the less busy days.
Daily operational functions of our business
Set targets, execute action plans to reach goals and control costs
Recruit, train and inspire team.
SKILLS:
Passion for guest experience and people development
Perform well under pressure
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to self motivate, maintain a sense of urgency and problem solve. Understanding of food costs, labour costs and inventory control
