Summary
We are seeking a General Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional restoration services while leading a dedicated team. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize service delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the service or restoration industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$130,141.41 per year
