Duties
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost controls
- Monitor budgets, targets, and P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Foster a positive team culture and collaborative environment
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations across departments..
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and labor
- Exceptional guest service mindset
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations
- Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) certified
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
