Role
As a General Manager, you will serve as both the face of the Club and the strategic engine behind it. You’ll build, coach, and empower a high-performance team that delivers consistently on key goals, drives member satisfaction, and represents our values in action. The most successful GMs at MOVATI are driven, thoughtful, and deeply invested in talent development, they know how to keep teams inspired, focused, and excited about what’s next.
You’ll oversee every department, including: Sales, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Member Experience, and Facility Operations, ensuring all areas align with financial targets and service excellence standards. You’ll also keep a pulse on your market, leveraging local insights to shape Club strategy while building authentic relationships with members, teams, and the broader community.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a dynamic leader with 5–7 years of experience managing multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. While experience in fitness or hospitality is a bonus, it’s not required. What matters most is a proven track record of driving operational performance, growing membership or customer bases, and fostering strong team engagement. You are a natural communicator and confident decision-maker who leads with empathy, courage, and clarity. You’re results-driven, with a strong grasp of KPIs, budgets, and market trends, and above all, you’re someone who leads from the ground up: present, hands-on, and deeply committed to your team and the overall success of the Club.
