You Bring the Firepower
- ✔ 5+ years in multi-site retail leadership — or equivalent strategic roles
- ✔ Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams
- ✔ Strong commercial instincts and operational decision-making skills
- ✔ Experience in hardware or building supply is a major asset
