We’ve proven the quality of our product and built strong wholesale, retail, and on-tap partnerships. Now, we’re ready to scale—breaking even in 2026 and achieving solid profitability by 2027.
To help us get there, we’re seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to operate, manage, and grow the business.
Responsibilities
Operations & Production
- Oversee brewing, bottling, and kegging operations to maintain consistent quality.
- Manage supply chain and inventory (tea, fruit, sugar, bottles, labels).
- Implement efficiency improvements to reduce wastage and packaging costs.
Sales & Distribution
- Manage wholesale accounts, retail partners, and keg placements.
- Expand retail and keg presence (cafés, restaurants, gyms, farmers’ markets).
- Organize and streamline delivery logistics (optimize routes, reduce costs).
Business Management
- Track and report financial performance (sales, costs, margins).
- Manage budgets, marketing spend, and staffing costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Growth & Marketing
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies (events, promotions, partnerships).
- Build brand visibility in the local health/wellness community.
- Innovate new flavors, seasonal batches, and packaging improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage production, craft brewing, or FMCG preferred.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Comfort with financial management (basic P&L, margins, cost control).
- Sales and customer relationship management experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on, resourceful, and growth-oriented.
- Clean driving license (for deliveries as needed).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
