Job Overview
We’re a growing shipping container sales, rental, and modification business looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to help in our shop and yard. This is a physical, detail-oriented role with lots of variety — ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a solid team.
Responsibilities
- Install basic container modifications like lock boxes, vents, and doors/windows
- Perform container repairs, painting, and cleaning to meet quality standards
- Apply custom branding, decals, and finishes
- Wash and maintain equipment to keep it in good condition
- Keep the shop and yard clean, organized, and safe
- Help with general yard work, including organizing materials and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Work with the team to meet production targets and deadlines
Skills & Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following:
- Painting
- Carpentry or construction
- Working with metal (cutting, grinding, welding prep)
- Operating equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or toplifts

- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Eager to learn and take pride in your work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
