Construction Site Laborer
About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated Construction Site Laborer to join our team. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain site cleanliness through garbage removal and floor cleaning
- Transport and organize construction materials
- Perform post-construction cleaning, including vacuuming
- Support skilled trades workers with various tasks
- Report safety concerns to supervisors
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to work sites
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous construction or labor experience
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend work as needed
- 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
