We are seeking reliable Shop Laborer’s to join our shop team.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being physically active and has experience with general shop tools.
This is an entry level position and we are willing to provide onsite training to the right candidates.
No degree, certificate or diploma required
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain safe and clean working environment
Weight Handling:
-Up to 13.5kg (30lbs)
Work Setting:
Custom Cabinet Shop
Specific Skills:
Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products
Operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components
Trim joints and fit parts and sub assemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints
Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics etc
Please note that we will only be considering applicants that currently reside in BC.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
