THE PEOPLE

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Assist machine operators and follow product standard operating procedures.
- Retrieve product and load into machines.
- Remove product from machines and move to staging areas.
- Visually inspect product quality and remove defects.
- Complete housekeeping of work areas .
- Assist with equipment set up, washdowns, and line changeovers.
- Complete all required production and QA paperwork.
- Maintain food safety standards in work responsibilities and report food safety issues.
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Follow all prescribed SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP and GMP procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Read, write, and communicate (English)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and team member
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Previous work experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, if you are eager to learn, we would love for you to apply
