Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Support team members in various construction or production tasks.
- Maintain safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
