Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other general labor duties. Duties:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Raking and shoveling asphalt
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may require heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid G Class driver's license would be considered an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
