Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. They will be working to build hog barns doing various construction tasks including, but not limited to: concrete work, framing, machine operating, plumbing, assembly & installation of hog equipment.
Will be working out of town 4-5 days of the week.
Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Support team members in various construction or production activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
