We’re Hiring: Gardener Labourer

We’re looking for a Gardener Labourer to support our crews in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working with plants, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and thrive in a team setting, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Weed, prune, water, mulch, and fertilize gardens and lawns
- Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment
- Keep gardens and sites clean and safe
- Report hazards or equipment issues to the Crew Lead
- Support your team with general labour tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Gardening or landscaping experience (asset, not required)
- Basic plant care knowledge
- Able to lift, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable using tools and small equipment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
