Overview
We are seeking a Nursery/perennial sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and gardening, coupled with excellent customer service skills. Have a good Knowledge of plants,trees,shrubs,roses,fruit trees, and perennials.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting plants and garden supplies
- Provide guidance on plant care and maintenance
- Operate as a cashier when needed
- Maintain Plant material weed, clean ,fertilize, and water as needed.
- Support inventory management by restocking products as needed
- Contribute to creating attractive displays to showcase products.
Requirements
- Proficiency
- able to lift 40lbs
- available to work weekends
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales practices
- Basic understanding of landscape maintenance
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and assist customers effectively
-able to work in all kinds of weather outdoors
- This job is physical in nature

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
