Position Summary:
We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Game Master at Escapology London, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will guide players through their escape room adventures, monitor their progress, and provide hints or clues as needed, all while maintaining the excitement and suspense of the game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and Guide: Welcome and brief guests on their escape room experience, explaining storylines and rules.
- Monitor Gameplay: Observe guests via CCTV to ensure safety and fair play, providing hints when necessary.
- Reset Rooms: Accurately and efficiently reset rooms after each game to ensure they are ready for the next group.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the game.
- Maintain Atmosphere: Help create an immersive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Game Masters and management to ensure smooth operations and a fun work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and think on your feet.
- Enthusiasm for games, puzzles, and entertainment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
