Advanpro Ltd. is searching for an experienced Furnace and Air Conditioning Repair and Service Tech with Residential HVAC experience, to join our growing team.
Candidates should:
· Be an experienced Journeyman (Gas Fitter, Sheet Metal, Plumber or HVAC) able to troubleshooting Furnaces and Air Conditioners and perform repairs
· Be self-motivated
· Be detail-oriented
· Enjoy satisfaction in a job well done and in helping deliver peace of mind to customers through quality service
· Have strong organization, sales skills and people skills
· Be a team player with a positive, can do attitude
· Enjoy building strong customer relationships and trust by treating customers with respect and honesty
· Be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Be a resident of Calgary or surrounding area, bondable and hold a valid Alberta Driver’s license
We offer a flexible schedule and benefits available after three months. We supply a company phone and vehicle.
Compensation is commission/ piecework based at least $80,000 annually with self motivated technicians regularly earning in excess of $100,000 annually.
