Job Description:
Winsome Pilates is looking for a dedicated, fully certified Pilates instructor to teach private sessions and small group classes. The right candidate will bring a strong foundation in Pilates principles, biomechanics, and client-centered teaching, along with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging private and group Pilates sessions tailored to a variety of fitness levels
- Create individualized programs for goals such as rehabilitation, strength development, and flexibility
- Instruct clients on posture, breathing, and technique to ensure safe and effective practice
- Track client progress, making thoughtful adjustments and offering constructive feedback
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Support studio initiatives, including the promotion of programs and classes
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates instructor, trained on all major apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, etc.)
- Strong background in anatomy, physiology, and functional movement principles
- Ability to clearly explain the benefits of Pilates and educate clients effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Availability to teach evenings and weekends as needed
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive, supportive attitude
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continuous learning
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proficiency in English is required
