Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them in locating products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Engage in technology sales by staying informed about the latest products and trends in the market.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing our ability to serve a broader customer base.
- Ability to demonstrate time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
