Key Responsibilities:
- Book and schedule appointments for technicians
- Handle customer calls with patience, professionalism, and a positive demeanor
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Maintain and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and courteous attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and basic PC navigation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a high-paced setting
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time / Part-Time
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Evening shift: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend availability
- Location: Unionville, ON L6G 0B5 (must be able to commute or relocate)
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service or a similar role (Preferred)
- Secondary School education
