Job Summary
With a strong background in mental health and substance use issues, criminal justice, and knowledge of gender-based violence, you will be excited about working with an agency that values collaboration, dignity, compassion, innovation, and trust.
You will be part of a team in an exciting new program initiative where you will be working in a live-in housing program where you will support residents during their residency as they further their education and work on various elements of personal development. Overnight Housing Support staff will be present to support residents during the overnight hours, maintain inventory of storage and grocery, some light cleaning and to monitor the property through the overnight.

- complete required paperwork ie: incident reports, logs, emails in professional manner
- participate in training as required
- assist with household duties
- Qualifications
- completion of education in a relevant field of study, or equivalent lived experience
- drivers license is beneficial but not mandatory
- current First Aid/CPR certificate is beneficial but not mandatory
- excellent communication and organization skills
- ability to follow Policies & Procedures and routines as part of a multi-disciplinary team that promotes a safe and secure living environment
- proficient in oral and written communication skills
- proficient with Word, Excel, Zoom
- ability to set professional boundaries
- knowledge of barriers experienced by criminalized persons
- knowledge of trauma-informed care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,880.00 per year
