We are a fast paced, privately owned and operated pub/ restaurant looking for a full time RELIABLE linecook to work with our small team.
Responsibilities:
- Check food plating and temperature
- Cook food to restaurant specification
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a line cook (1 year) restaurant cooking experience.
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handling Certificate a plus
- Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
