Join the Good Folk Team as Support Staff!
At Good Folk, we’re redefining Banff’s dining experience with warm hospitality, elevated comfort food made from local ingredients, and unique wines and cocktails that surprise and delight.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Support Staff who enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment and want to help create smooth, memorable dining experiences. This role is a mix of hosting and bussing duties, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep everything running perfectly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and friendliness
- Help seat guests and manage the flow of the dining room
- Clear, reset, and polish tables quickly and efficiently
- Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to tables as needed
- Refill water and support guest needs throughout service
- Assist with coat check, phone inquiries, and reservations support when needed
- Keep the host stand, dining room, and service areas clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Other tasks to support the guest experience and team success
- Previous experience in hosting, bussing, or support roles is a plus but not required
- Friendly, organized, and calm even when busy
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and a helpful attitude
- Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it
