Days of operation Monday to Saturday closed every Sunday
Greeting and taking guests orders. Expediting take-out and dine-in orders. Performing daily and weekly cleaning. Opening or closing restaurant. Making salad pars,portion sauces and modified salads. Great customer service skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment with good time-management and multi-tasking skills. Must have POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, work area and restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Responsible for maintaining proper portion control, food quality, exceptional customer service in a fast pace environment
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in conflict resolution with a customer-focused mindset.
- POS knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
