Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take customer purchases and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding questions about the services offered.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including change rooms, studios, counters, and waiting areas.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customers receive prompt service.
Skills
- Previous front of house experience is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
