As a Host, you’ll play a key role in supporting both guests and your team. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Creating a world-class first impression for every guest
- Leading the front door experience with warmth, professionalism, and energy
- Actively seeking opportunities to offer hospitality to guests and teammates
- Answering phones, managing reservations, and fielding guest inquiries
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming host area and restaurant
- Bussing and flipping tables quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Taking takeout orders and assisting in accurately packing them up for pickup
- Supporting new team member onboarding by modelling great hosting standards
