Currently, we are searching for a part-time Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor.
This position will include the AM, PM and night audit shifts.
Please note: Candidates must already reside in the Medicine Hat area.
Your Role:
As a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests. You’ll provide exceptional customer service by checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. As the face of the Best Western Premier, your role will set the tone for the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and check-in/check-out guests with ease.
- Answer inquiries and resolve guest concerns, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties and hotel tasks as needed.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure smooth operations.
- Causal Night Audit: Work closely with the Night Audit team and develop skills to manage end-of-day procedures, reconciliations, and reporting.

Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor requirements and qualifications
- 2 years of experience as Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Hands on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage.
