Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Tire and Auto Service Representative. This role serves as the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking tire and auto services.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing assistance with tire and auto service inquiries.
· Schedule appointments for tire replacements, rotations, alignments, and other automotive services.
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services offered, pricing, and appointment availability.
· Process customer transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining detailed records.
· Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on tire selection, maintenance, and other automotive services based on their specific needs.
· Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
· Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, including stocking inventory and merchandising products.
· Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
· Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in automotive technology is an asset.
· Prior experience in customer service, retail, or automotive industry preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and basic software applications.
