As a Team Member at Freshslice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and create a positive experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
• Answer questions about the menu, promotions, and offers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

2. Food Preparation:

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.

3. Store Operations:

• Manage cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Stock inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively with other team members to meet store goals.
• Support the training of new team members.
• Follow directions from supervisors and managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
