Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of <PERSON>. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction tasks accurately.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity.
- Execute restoration projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and care.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks.
- Engage in masonry work as needed for building structures or features.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations to ensure functionality.
- Manage heavy lifting requirements safely while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of construction.
Experience
Candidates should have a well-rounded background in construction-related fields, including but not limited to:
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, masonry, and flooring installation.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous maintenance person experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints effectively.
- Ability to perform assembly tasks as required by project specifications.
