- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve fresh pasta dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and promotions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick serve or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
