We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our food service area. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Operate POS systems for processing customer orders efficiently.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including baking, assembling orders, and ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Perform bussing duties to clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy dining area for guests.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations as needed.
- Be comfortable lifting 20Kg for performing various tasks
- Perform proper closing of the store using professional standards and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.10-$21.33 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 37 per week
