Wheelhouse Brewing Company is looking for an energetic and team-oriented Food Runner to join our crew. In this role, you’ll help bring our menu and craft beer to life by ensuring guests enjoy fast, friendly, and seamless service. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables.
- Provide warm, attentive service that enhances the overall dining experience.
- Support servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Double-check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant, brewery, or hospitality experience is an asset (but not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and presentation.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Food Safe certification is a plus.
