Job Summary
Bernies Pizza Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately to our guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food orders, special requests, and any potential issues.
- Ensure that all guest interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
Pay Starts at 16.10 an hour plus tips (approximately 8-10 an hour extra!)

Pay: From $16.10 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 18 per week
