We’re Hiring: F&B Director for Multi-Location Board Game Café
Location: Toronto (with oversight across multiple venues)
As one of the leading board game café brands in Canada, we’re expanding—and we’re looking for a visionary F&B Director to oversee and elevate the full beverage experience across our growing network of stores.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the creative direction, team standards, and operational excellence of a brand where innovation, community, and culture intersect.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive drink menus (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) across multiple locations, ensuring consistency while allowing for local differentiation;
✅ Drive new product development with a strong emphasis on trend-forward, culturally relevant beverage offerings;
✅ Build and deliver training programs for front-of-house and bar teams to maintain excellence in product knowledge, service, and execution;
✅ Collaborate with store managers and operations to optimize workflow, beverage margins, and overall guest experience;
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer insights—particularly within the Asian flavor landscape, to inform innovation and guest engagement.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record in food & beverage leadership, preferably in multi-unit or concept-driven environments;
- Deep understanding of flavor innovation and cultural pairing, with demonstrated experience in Asian market or audience-specific products;
- Strong background in team training and SOP creation, with the ability to translate vision into scalable systems;
-Creative and strategic mindset with the flexibility to work hands-on when needed.
