OVERVIEW
Pinsa is the new generation of Pizza. Pinsa dough is made from a combination of flour which makes Roman Pinsa dough a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza dough. The dough production process also differs from your usual pizza as it’s fermented for 72 hours and baked at a lower temperature. This ensures the dough is highly hydrated as it contains up to 80% water giving it a light and fluffy texture.
Pinsa Romana Canada produces these Pinsa's using fresh ingredients and a special flours.
The Pinsa makers primary role/ position is to prepare high quality pinsas for our customers.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our food production facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on food production machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Respond quickly to production breakdowns and complete timely repairs
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve recurring issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and food industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours or rotating shifts as needed
- Certification in a relevant trade (Millwright, Electrician, etc.) is a plus
SALARY
· Starting salary of $26.00 an hour.
