Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or food industry, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $15.00-$20.34 per hour
