Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves various responsibilities, including mixing drinks, serving and maintaining a clean and safe dining area. Must be able to speak Japanese.
Duties
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in food handling areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant space as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Describe Japanese aesthetics accordingly to culinary traditions.
Skills
- Fine dining experience is preferred with some Saké beverage knowledge.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and catering services.
- Familiarity with high-end hospitality and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous restaurant experience is beneficial, including skills for beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
