Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join River Oaks Golf Course team as a Food and Beverage Attendant (Cook and Server). In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing food, serving, bartending, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment while contributing to memorable guest experiences. This job is weather dependant, planning on opening in April.

Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (April to October).

- Exceptional multitasking skills while working under pressure and time constraints.

- Excellent customer service standards.
- Golf course experience and knowledge is not required but is considered an asset.
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
Requirements:
- Smart Choices certification is required.
- Food handlers certification is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and or driver’s licence (we are located outside of city limits).
- Preferred 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional customer service.
- Take restaurant orders.
- Sort and put away orders.
- Knowledge of POS system, menu and inventory.
- Prep, cook, and serve food.
- Serve alcohol.
- Request proof of age (check ID).
- Follow all LGCA rules and regulations regarding liquor service.
- Clean and reset tables.
- Clean workstations, dishes, dining areas, washrooms, sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors.
- Set up and execute events and tournaments.
- Restock the workstation and take note of low inventory.
- Prepare and process payments.
- Project yourself in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Possibility for growth:
- We hire from within, meaning that anyone who is on the beverage cart must have experience in our kitchen both cooking and serving.
