Banff Caribou Properties is proud to operate some of the most well-loved restaurants in Banff. We’re known for great food, welcoming service, and strong leadership—and we’re looking for a Floor Manager to help us continue that standard of excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be an essential part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. You’ll lead service, support your team on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading front-of-house service with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail
- Coaching and supporting servers and hosts in real time
- Helping manage the flow and vibe of the room during busy shifts
- Collaborating with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service smooth and on-brand
- Assisting with schedules, inventory, and operational tasks
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations
- Stepping in wherever needed—leadership here means rolling up your sleeves
- Have experience as a floor manager, supervisor, or senior server
- Bring solid food and beverage knowledge (wine smarts = a plus)
- Have valid ProServe certification
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and calm under pressure
- Care about building strong teams and memorable guest moments
- Thrive in a busy service environment and enjoy problem-solving on the fly
- Are living in the Bow Valley or planning to relocate soon
