Must currently reside in Canada and be legally able to work. Not a cash position.
General duties include all areas of Smoked Fish production including curing/brining, smoking, slicing and packaging as well as cleaning/sanitation, dishes and other general labour duties. Must be able to be on your feet for the majority of your shift and regularly lift up to 50LB.
We are a provincially licensed facility and highest levels of cleaning and sanitization are mandatory.
Hours will be 20-30 per week for the right candidate that shows initiative and motivation. .
Weekend work required once trained and able to work independently. Day shifts into evening will be the average shift.
