As a Finance Project Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for
Managing the controlling and financial reporting of project in accordance with internal control rules, Ensure Project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines
Ensure consistency with project team during monthly review (Work Package Monthly meetings)
You will participate in project management alongside the extended team, including the Project Director. As a key member, you will provide financial analysis to guide the project team in making the best possible decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
· Obtains all financial and accounting data related to the contracts allocated
· Checks the accuracy of the data accounted for on the project
· Checks and controls cost movements monthly, compares with “As Sold” Situation as well as with previous forecast
· Presents all financial data in a transparent way
· Prepares the estimate at completion to be validated during the Project Reviews
· Ensures reconciliation takes place between approved project financial data and books
· Review Project Financial Indicators and support project team

Required Experience:
· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance / business or related field to main responsibilities.
· Desirable with work experience accumulated
· Team working mindset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
· Ability to deliver presentations
