Job Responsibilities
- Arrange financing, extended warranty options, and protection packages for customers
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
- Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Ensure all deals meet legal compliance and Dealership standards
- Meet or exceed finance department performance goals
- Train and guide the Sales Team on Finance-related best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an RV Dealership, possible IDS experience
- Complete understanding of F&I regulations and best practices
- Strong Leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
