Requirements:
- College level Diploma, minimum
- 3-5 years experience in financial statement and budget preparation, payroll accounting, preparation of accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and trust account management, filing Ministry reports
- experience in Human Resources in a unionized workplace
- strong ability to use Accounting and other software
- experience working with non-profit organizations and/or long-term care would be an asset
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrated commitment to quality and problem solving and the ability to work independently
