We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on building business, creating strong lender relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work with both prime and non-prime clients, structuring deals that meet lender guidelines and dealership policies, ensuring quick funding and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Prepare and finalize all finance-related documentation for vehicle delivery
- Meet and exceed sales goals for extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life & accident/health insurance, and environmental protection packages
- Structure deals in compliance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Complete credit interviews, verify application details, and submit to lenders
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer financial information
- Sell credit insurance and service contracts
- Analyze credit reports and determine the best financing options for clients
- Keep up-to-date lender program guides and maintain excellent lender relations
- Ensure all deals are booked accurately and never misrepresent vehicle equipment
- Maintain organized records, including inactive deal files
- Handle and overcome customer objections professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ automotive industry experience in finance, sales, or management
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and lender requirements
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
- Existing relationships with financial institutions are an asset
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet-based applications
- Ability to calculate and explain finance figures such as interest rates, commissions, and percentages
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
