We are currently looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our dealership, responsible for helping our customers navigate financing and insurance options with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate brings experience in automotive finance, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance options clearly and professionally to customers
- Work with our network of lenders to secure competitive loan and lease approvals
- Offer and explain protection products, extended warranties, and service plans
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support timely and smooth vehicle deliveries
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and stay up to date on current offerings
- Track and report F&I performance metrics and support continuous improvement

What you offer:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance
- OMVIC certification
- Strong understanding of lending practices and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- A high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract
