COMPENSATION:
- Competitive compensation starting at $20-$25/hour, commensurate with experience
- Regular in-season reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days with performance-based rewards

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Deliver top-notch pool services and construction with a smile!
- Lead excellent customer experiences and quality scores.
- Support efficient job and crew time management.
- Use mechanical and manual tools and equipment
- Maintain precise data and effective client communication.
- Foster positive work culture.
- Enhance skills through SOP adherence.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years field service or general construction or tech experience preferred
- Reliable transportation with a clean, valid Driver’s License
- Understanding of mechanical and manual tools
- Ability to lift, move, and handle physical objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in effective communication and computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
