CORE Foodservice has a Field Sales Team opportunity in Ontario GTA North & Barrie Area
What are WE looking for?
- Foodservice and Sales experience.
- An aptitude for Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Outlook and have worked with a CRM system.
- Valid & Clean Driver's License spanning at least five years.
- Qualified candidates should live in Barrie or surrounding area

Essential Functions:
- Make a significant positive impact on sales and improving the consumer buying experience
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all client products & services (subject matter expert)
- Build strong professional relationships with Customers, Distributor sales reps and client vendors/partners
- Identify sales barriers/challenges – problem solve and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels
- Gather and report on competitive intelligence including, but not limited to: sales tactics, price moves, promotions, new products, merchandising materials, compensation and store support
- Sell-in additional brands at existing locations and grow distribution through new business development
- Complete call reports, administrative tasks, and on-going personal training accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
- Attend and support special events such as rallies, launches, Food Shows, Ideations meetings
- Meeting the physical requirements – listed below

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- 3 years of sales and/or training experience in the wireless industry.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills – effective in one on
- Persuasive, outgoing, friendly, confident – relationship builder.
- Meticulous attentional to detail and follow up.
- Ability to travel on a daily basis within defined local territory, with potential for quarterly overnight travel.
- Conducts business with integrity and maintains strong business ethics.
