Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our Field Marketing team. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Western origination team to meet acreage targets
- Capitalize and negotiate on opportunities to sell seed and crop inputs
- Build relationships with food grade producers
- Work with the origination team to maintain traceability requirements
- Build and maintain agronomic knowledge in dry bean production
- Assist in retail sales and services
- Work closely with the operation team
- Work with the cooperator to create plots and trials to evaluate new products
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work well in both a team setting and individually with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for sales targets and special projects
- Strong agricultural background and knowledge
- Ability to perform all sales related tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture
- At least 2 years’ experience in Ag Retail preferred
- CCA designation preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License
