Job Description
Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the drive to make sure things are done right the first time? We’re looking for a Field Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our quality efforts on site—supporting inspections, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring every part of the project meets (or exceeds) expectations.
This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your career while working on meaningful projects, alongside a team that values grit, accountability, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Champion quality: Support documentation and on-site inspections to make sure work is done in line with contracts and standards.
Collaborate with subcontractors: Help create, review, and approve Inspection & Testing Plans (ITPs) and Subcontractor Quality Plans (SQPs).
Keep projects on track: Coordinate testing and inspections, participate in quality meetings, and address issues before they grow.
Drive improvement: Support deficiency management, investigate non-conformance issues, and put corrective measures in place.
Train and support: Help the project team understand and implement the quality plan.
Audit and assess: Take part in internal and external audits to ensure we’re meeting QA/QC standards.
Partner with the team: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to make sure drawings, requirements, and quality standards align.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
A background as a tradesperson or education in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and specifications (National Master Specifications, OPSS, CSA, ASTM).
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Standard.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
